Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

HRIS Implementation:
Lead end-to-end sourcing, selection, and implementation of a global HRIS (UK & India); manage integration, workflows, data structures, and reporting.
People Operations Setup:
Establish and standardize People Operations teams; build SOPs, service models, and ensure efficient onboarding, payroll, and compliance processes.
Process & Governance:
Define global HR processes, ensure GDPR and labor law compliance, and create documentation for long-term sustainability.
Transition & Leadership:
Oversee HR transformation setup as a consultant, with potential to transition into a People Operations Manager role; drive continuous improvement and process excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:-

7+ years in HR Operations, Transformation, or HRIS Implementation.
Proven expertise with HRIS tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Experience setting up HR operations across multiple geographies.
Knowledge of UK & India HR compliance and data management.
Excellent communication, change management, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
