  4. Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives to enhance organizational culture.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with leadership to assess skill gaps and design tailored training solutions.
  2. Provide HR insights using data analytics, including turnover rates, training effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  3. Manage performance management processes and coach senior leaders on talent development.
  4. Automate and streamline HR reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
