Key Deliverables:

Design, implement, and evaluate L&D programs aligned with business goals.
Develop HR dashboards and MIS reports, leveraging advanced Excel for data analysis and insights.
Support HR business partnering, focusing on talent development, performance management, and workforce planning.
Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives to enhance organizational culture.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide HR insights using data analytics, including turnover rates, training effectiveness, and employee engagement.
