Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resource Business Partner. The individual will collaborate with leadership to implement HR policies, oversee employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities include managing performance appraisals, overseeing workforce planning, advising on strategic HR initiatives, and building an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Human Resource policies, practices, and processes
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, workplace culture improvement, and team engagement
• Understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation
• Experience with Performance Management system design, implementation, and evaluations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
• Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Mumbai
