As a Senior HR Business Partner in our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting business leaders and driving key people strategies that align with our organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing strategic HR initiatives to facilitate business growth and transformation. - Providing coaching and guidance to senior stakeholders on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning. - Enhancing employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies. - Leading change management and organizational development programs in line with business priorities. - Collaborating with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure effective implementation of HR programs in areas such as performance management, learning & development, rewards, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). - Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to make informed decisions on headcount, productivity, attrition, and overall organizational health. - Managing employee relations to promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment. - Addressing complex employee issues and supporting grievance resolution in collaboration with legal/compliance teams. - Upholding and promoting the company's culture, values, and behaviors in alignment with our mission. Qualifications required for this role include: - 18+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a business partnering or HR leadership role. - Demonstrated experience working closely with business leadership in a dynamic, matrixed environment. - Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance practices. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, stakeholder management abilities, and influencing capabilities.
