Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner at the level of AGM/DGM to join our dynamic Power Transmission team at G R Infraprojects Limited . The ideal candidate will drive strategic HR initiatives, talent Acquisition, talent management, and organizational development aligned with business goals. Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram Experience: 15+ years in HRBP roles, preferably in the power sector Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning. Drive performance management and leadership development programs. Foster employee engagement and manage change initiatives.
