• Assist in recruiting delivery and plant workforce as per business requirements.
• Ensure all applicable Labour Law compliances for assigned locations, including
obtaining necessary licenses and registrations.
• Act as the single point of contact for compliance in the region; coordinate with
compliance vendors, labour authorities, and the central HR team.
• Manage systematic onboarding for both on-roll and off-roll workforce.
• Maintain proper documentation and coordinate with headquarters for salary
inputs and benefit administration.
• Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.
Skills Required:
• Proven experience liaising with government authorities such as Labour
Department, PF, ESIC, BBMP, etc.
• Strong in MIS and data management.
• Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Kannada fluently.
• Solid understanding of Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and other
statutory requirements.
