Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER - B2B Sales and Service Chennai

Position holder will be an individual contributor
Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients
Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMART
Ensure products/services in clients e-catalog are accurately defined
Maximize revenue by upselling other services and achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets
Systematic follow-up and time-bound closures
Prompt resolution of complaints
Daily 4-5 in person meetings (F2F) with clients onsite

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation ,or MBA/PGDM in Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between business leaders and HR functions.
Align HR strategies with business goals to drive performance.
Partner with sales, operations, and tech departments to understand manpower needs.

Plan for future workforce needs in line with business growth targets.
Ensure hiring of field sales executives, telecallers, and tech professionals aligns with business metrics.
Ensure HR policies are adhered to uniformly across teams.
Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and compliance issues.
Update HR policies as per labor law changes and IndiaMARTs evolving needs.

Skills Required:

Direct selling , Communication Skills

Candidate Attributes:

Understand sales operations, KPIs, revenue targets.
Ability to align HR strategies with real-time business outcomes.

Deep knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Retention.
Familiarity with HR tech platforms and automation tools.

Ability to interpret HR analytics like attrition trends, headcount reports, and productivity scores.
Skilled in preparing actionable reports and dashboards for leadership.
