Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and legal requirements. Prepare and analyze HR-related reports using Excel, tracking key metrics and trends. Collaborate with the HR Head to ensure smooth HR operations and effective employee engagement. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including labor laws and tax requirements. Provide HR support on various queries, from benefits to policy clarifications. Assist in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall HR effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll, compliance, and reporting. Proficient in Excel and HRMS tools. Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and HR compliance. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
