Job Description

Human Resource Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people management and organizational development.
  • Manage talent management initiatives – workforce planning, performance management, succession planning.
  • Address employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Drive engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to ensure smooth hiring and capability-building initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and present actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role (BFSI/Housing Finance preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
