As a HR Business Partner, you will support day-to-day HR operations, assist in employee engagement, and help implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional (4 to 5 years experience)to grow within a vibrant organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in onboarding of new employees.
Support employee engagement activities and communication.
Maintain HR records and employee database updates.
Support performance management processes.
Address employee queries and maintain HR policies compliance.
Collaborate with HR team for payroll, attendance, and other HR operations.
Contribute to building a positive, inclusive work culture.

Requirements:

Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Prior internship or exposure to HR functions is a plus but not mandatory.
