Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and people oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 3 - 6 years of experience to support our growing workforce. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment between people practices and business goals. The role involves employee relations, performance management, talent development, HR policy implementation, and cultural engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to balance employee advocacy with business priorities. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organizations success. Business Partnership Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters. Provide HR partnership, for both strategic and tactical initiatives, day to day HR support and execution of strategies for assigned business groups. Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and workforce planning. Align HR strategies with organizational objectives to drive performance and engagement. Talent Management & Development Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent. Facilitate career development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives. Performance Management Lead to coordinate with Managers for confirmation of employment on completion of Probation Period reviews. Drive the mid-year / annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback and managing underperformance, including creating and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Provide coaching to managers on performance improvement and employee development. Support implementation of performance recognition and rewards programs. Employee Relations & Engagement & Culture Build a strong employee connect by addressing queries, grievances, and concerns effectively. Support for Employee surveys and focus on feedback Conduct programs on Employee Recognition & Rewards, Wellness, Culture Conduct engagement sessions to stay connected with the workforce. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. HR Policies & Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Assist in policy formulation, updates, and communication to employees. Maintain accurate employee records. Maintain audit requirements related to HR. Analytics & Reporting Provide insights through HR metrics, attrition analysis, and engagement surveys. Share periodic HR reports with leadership for decision-making. Candidate Profile Experience: 3-6 years of HR experience, preferably as HRBP or in core HR functions. Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field. Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Knowledge on HR practices, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement activities, Performance Management Practices and compliances. Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office / HRIS tools.
