Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Highly organized and self-driven HR professional with strong ownership mindset.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations including onboarding, documentation, HRMS, and exit processes.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection.
  • Ability to support HRBP in data preparation, policy rollout, and performance management cycles.
  • Skilled in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and feedback loops.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage daily HR tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR systems/tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Capability to handle sensitive employee data with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally and drive employee experience.
  • Should demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.
  • Contribute positively and meaningfully to team goals and people culture development

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in core HR functions and operations.
  • Strong understanding of employee life cycle, compliance, and HR policies.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
  • Skilled in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and engagement metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and tools
  • Proficient in managing onboarding, documentation, HR letters, and exit processes.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement strategy and implementation.
  • Exposure to performance review cycles and data preparation for HRBP support.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Well-versed in MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word) for reporting and analysis.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed college/university
