Human Resource Associate

The HR Associate will play a critical role in supporting the HR department with day-to-day operations, employee engagement initiatives, and talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate employee orientation and training sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and payroll.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.
• Facilitate performance review processes and provide administrative support for appraisal documentation.
• Collaborate with department heads to address workforce needs and provide HR support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
