Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor company activities to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
Support the creation and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure all departments are meeting compliance requirements.
Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes; communicate important updates to relevant teams.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to stakeholders and regulatory authorities as needed.
Manage documentation for licenses, registrations, renewals, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies, auditors, and other external stakeholders when necessary.
Regularly update employee handbooks, HR policies, and manuals to reflect current legal guidelines.
Support compliance efforts related to workplace safety, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and diversity policies.
Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance policies and changes in labor laws.
