In the role of HR, Admin & Procurement Manager, you will oversee human resources, administrative operations, and procurement functions to ensure smooth business operations. Your responsibilities will include managing talent acquisition, employee relations, office administration, vendor management, and procurement planning. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives. - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. - Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Design and implement performance appraisal systems and career development plans. - Supervise office administration for efficient daily operations. - Manage facilities, office supplies, and logistics. - Oversee document control and record-keeping. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. - Handle general office coordination, including scheduling and correspondence. - Develop procurement strategies aligned with company needs. - Identify and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective purchasing. - Oversee procurement planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budget constraints. - Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in human resources, administration, and procurement roles. - Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and procurement processes. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,
