Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Legal Drafting & Documentation Draft, review, and finalize a wide range of legal documents including: MOUs, Agreements (Service, Vendor, Purchase, Lease, Non-Disclosure, Employment, etc.) Legal notices, reply notices, and affidavits Contracts related to project execution and vendor management Ensure legal documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the company's interests 2. Core Responsibilities Site Layout & Grading: Design and optimize the layout of solar PV modules, including roads, walkways, and water drainage systems for effective land utilization and operational efficiency. Structural & Foundation Design: Develop module mounting structure designs and determine suitable foundations for modules, inverters, transformers, and related equipment based on soil tests and site conditions.
