JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient HubSpot Technical Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on managing and optimizing backend processes within HubSpot to ensure seamless performance, data integrity, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HubSpot's tools and functionalities, with a strong ability to implement, troubleshoot, and improve backend systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage HubSpot user access, roles, and permissions to ensure proper account control and security.
• Maintain and monitor HubSpot analytics to provide actionable insights and performance reporting.
• Build, optimize, and maintain HubSpot workflows and automation to support marketing, sales, and service processes.
• Oversee data management and integration, ensuring consistent and accurate data flow between HubSpot and other platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement backend solutions aligned with business goals.
• Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the HubSpot ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and usage regulations within HubSpot configurations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot—especially in backend configurations, automation, and integration.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot API, data structures, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Experience with third-party integrations and tools connected to HubSpot.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues quickly and effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM best practices and data governance.
• Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
