HubSpot Developer - Senior II

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in HubSpot development and customization.
  

• Develop, customize, and maintain websites and landing pages using HubSpot CMS (HubL, HTML, CSS, JS and JSON).
  

• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, forms, and email templates within HubSpot.
  

• Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools, CRMs, and internal systems using APIs or middleware.
  

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to translate strategies into functional solutions.
  

• Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization across all HubSpot assets.
  

• Manage and optimize lead generation, contact management, and CRM pipelines within HubSpot.
  

• Create detailed documentation and reusable templates/modules for team use.
  

• Train, mentor, and support junior HubSpot developers in implementing best practices.
  

• Stay updated with the latest HubSpot releases, features, and development trends.
  

• Experience with HubSpot CMS, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
  

• Strong knowledge of HubSpot APIs and third-party integrations.
  

• Familiarity with low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) for process automation is a plus.
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train and guide junior team members.
