HRIS (SuccessFactors) Senior Expert


Your Responsibilities:

Strategy & Roadmap

  • Develop and drive the long-term HRIS strategy, focusing on digitalization and automation of HR processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.

Project & Release Management

  • Lead and support HRIS projects such as compensation module roll-out, onboarding, recruitment, and payroll integration.
  • Evaluate SuccessFactors releases, assess risks and opportunities, and recommend updates to enhance efficiency.

Continuous Improvement & Change Management

  • Ensure alignment between HR systems and operational processes.
  • Translate HR data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Improve system integration and maintain data integrity across platforms.

User Support & Knowledge Management

  • Provide expert support on HRIS issues and promote best practices.
  • Design and deliver training to upskill HR colleagues and enhance system adoption.



Your Profile:

  • Education:

    Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • Certifications:

    SAP SuccessFactors certified in at least two modules.
  • Experience:

    5–10 years in HRIS roles, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central) and experience in global environments.
  • Skills:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
  • Languages:

    Fluent in English.
