Job Description

As a seasoned HRIS professional, you will play a crucial role in defining integration requirements and creating functional specifications to optimize interfaces using Integration Center with internal and external applications and systems. Your responsibilities will include maintaining integration documentation, leading a team of developers to implement API-based interfaces, and utilizing various APIs for data synchronization and workflow automation. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT Security and IAM teams to ensure secure SSO integration and manage authentication settings. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in an HRIS role. Experience in a consulting company would be advantageous, and deep knowledge of HR processes is essential. Proficiency in HR systems like SuccessFactors and SAP, as well as expertise in integration tools and middleware, will be key to your success in this role. Strong SQL/data manipulation skills, experience with reporting tools within SuccessFactors, and an understanding of HR data privacy and global security compliance standards are also required. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, develop advanced reports, and deliver actionable insights. Your ability to optimize existing reports for performance, accuracy, and usability, while ensuring data privacy compliance, will be critical. Furthermore, your contribution to continuous improvement in the HR systems area by proposing innovative solutions will be highly valued. Overall, your excellent communication skills, experience working in global, cross-functional teams, and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our organization.,
