About Dunes Academy

CBSE-affiliated, English-medium residential school (Nursery–XII) with 40+ staff across teaching, admin, hostel, transport and support functions.


Role Overview

What you’ll do

  • Configure HRIS fields, workflows, and rules aligned to school/CBSE policies
  • Maintain integrations across attendance, leave, and payroll; manage releases & vendor coordination
  • Ensure data integrity for 40+ employees; perform regular audits & cleansing
  • Build dashboards and statutory reports (CBSE/HR compliance); monthly attendance/leave and payroll input reports
  • Manage role-based access, privacy, audit trails; train users and create simple guides


What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s in HR/IT (Master’s preferred) with

    2–3+ years

    HRIS administration
  • Strong HRIS configuration skills;

    Advanced Excel

    , basic

    SQL

    /queries, familiarity with

    APIs/data migration

  • Working knowledge of

    payroll & attendance

    workflows; PF/ESI, income tax basics
  • Exposure to Indian labour laws and (ideally)

    education-sector/CBSE

    requirements
  • Clear communication, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset


Nice to have

  • School ERP/SMS experience, biometric integrations, hostel/transport modules
  • HRIS certifications; Power BI or similar


Notes

Background verification & police clearance, POCSO compliance required. Occasional weekend maintenance. On-campus residential work environment.
