Job Description

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update HR data, records, and documentation accurately.
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities specifically for employees working in the US shift.
  • Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and address employee queries promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Prepare and analyze HR-related reports and track key metrics.
  • Provide support for payroll data inputs and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive employee information.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Willingness to work in the US shift (night shift).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • High attention to detail and ability to efficiently manage repetitive tasks.
