Job Description

We are seeking a talented Fullstack Developer to join our team on a Contract to Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js, with hands-on exposure to cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. You will play a key role in leading design discussions, collaborating with teams, and engaging directly with customers to deliver user-centric, high-performance solutions. Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable, efficient, and user-friendly web applications using React.js and Node.js. Lead technical discussions on design and architecture with cross-functional teams. Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions. Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Mentor and guide junior developers as part of the team leadership. Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for deploying and managing applications. Mandatory Skills : • React.js • Node.js Preferred Skills : • Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms. • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Soft Skills : • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
