Sap Production Planning Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant with over 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP, including a minimum of 6 years working extensively on WRICEF objects and leading teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in requirement analysis, solution design, and end-to-end delivery of SAP PP projects, including go-live and hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and prepare functional specifications (FS).
  
• Lead solution design, prepare unit and end-to-end testing plans, and support go-live and hypercare phases.
  
• Manage and deliver change requests, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
  
• Lead a team of 3-4 consultants, guiding and mentoring team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Develop and maintain WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) related to SAP PP.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Finance, and Controlling to ensure seamless integration.
  
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive project activities, taking ownership from requirement gathering through to delivery.
  
• Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements and independently deliver solutions.
  
• Exhibit flexibility to work across different time zones as per global customer needs.
  
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and client expectations.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Over 8 years of SAP PP experience with at least 6 years focused on WRICEF development and team leadership.
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP module processes and integration with Logistics, Finance, and Controlling.
  
• Experience in controlling and product costing is preferred.
  
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex SAP change requests.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours for global client coordination.
