Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Hiring & onboarding: Responsible for end to end hiring of outlet team (From Team member level to Restaurant Manager Level) and successful onboarding & induction within given TAT. 2. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees, conduct IDP program etc. 3. Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity. 4. Change Management: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement change management strategies that drive business outcomes. 5. HR Analytics: Provide HR metrics and analysis to inform business decisions and drive business outcomes. 6. Communication: Communicate HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to employees and business leaders. 7. Employee grievance Handling: Provide solutions to complex HR issues and conflicts and make sure all employee grievances are addressed without escalation. Preferred candidate profile 1. Education: Bachelor's degree /MBA 2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner role or similar experience in HR in Hospitality/ Retail industry (preferably in the QSR industry)
