Job Summary:

We're looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to partner, You'll leverage your expertise in HR to align business objectives with management in designated business units.

Human Resource Generalist with comprehensive experience across core HR functions, including payroll administration, statutory compliance, Induction, Exit, employee engagement, grievance management, and performance management. Proficient in managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities and full & final settlements. Skilled in drafting and issuing employee communications, maintaining organizational charts, and ensuring adherence to HR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership:

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop solutions.

- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to drive business outcomes, Experience into Payroll, Leave management, Induction, Exit & onboarding.

2. Talent Management:

- Develop and implement talent management strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.

- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

3. Employee Engagement:

- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity.

- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement engagement strategies.

4. Change Management:

- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

- Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.

5. Performance Management:

- Partner with managers to develop and implement performance management strategies.

- Ensure performance goals align with business objectives.

6. Analytics & Insights:

- Provide HR metrics and insights to inform business decisions.

- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.

- Strong understanding of business operations and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes through HR initiatives.

- Proficiency in HR software and tools.

• Oversaw employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, team-building events, workshops, and recognition programs to enhance workplace culture and morale.

• Handled exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews, processing full & final settlements, and ensuring a compliant and smooth off boarding process.

• Supported the design and execution of HR

  • Acted as a point of contact for employee relations and grievance

    handling, fostering a positive and transparent work environment.
