As an HRBP Manager at Ascendion, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding business goals and recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to drive continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and HR development. - Maintaining a hands-on approach to monitor employee engagement levels effectively. - Demonstrating a strong solution-oriented mindset and thriving in an environment that requires timely deliverables and effective problem-solving skills. - Collaborating on Strategic Projects across various domains to foster innovation, cross-functional synergy, and value creation. - Identifying training needs and making recommendations to managers, as well as designing or suggesting changes to HR processes in areas such as performance management, recruitment, and rewards. - Serving as an advisor to business leaders on policy interpretation and employee relations, and partnering with Total Rewards to implement Compensation & Benefits programs in compliance with organizational requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 8+ years of experience in a global environment, preferably across multiple HR People Centric functions. - An MBA with specialization in HRM. - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. - Strong assertiveness and project management skills. - Detail-oriented with the capability to analyze and present data, numbers, and trends effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
