Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager - HRBP at our Bangalore location, you will lead a team and work directly with the organization's senior leadership to conceptualize, orchestrate, guide, and develop solutions, programs, policies, and HR strategies that align closely with organizational goals. Your role will involve leading end-to-end people initiatives to enhance work relationships, boost morale, increase productivity, and improve retention. Additionally, you will be a key player in HR Analytics, focusing on building health dashboards for business and people insights, analyzing trends and metrics, and collaborating with teams across the HR group to create effective solutions and programs. You will also be responsible for promoting employee well-being, culture, and diversity through various initiatives, managing the lifecycle of performance management, providing guidance on business unit restructures and workforce planning, and identifying training needs in collaboration with the Training & Development team. Furthermore, you will partner with the legal department to ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team and work with senior leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals - Drive end-to-end people initiatives to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention - Develop HR Analytics by analyzing trends, metrics, and collaborating with HR teams on solutions - Promote employee well-being, culture, and diversity through various initiatives - Manage performance management lifecycle, provide guidance on restructures and workforce planning - Identify training needs in collaboration with the Training & Development team - Partner with the legal department to ensure regulatory compliance Qualifications Required: - 10 to 12 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues - Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail - Ability to understand and apply relevant laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office About Tredence: Welcome to Tredence!
