Talent Acquisition Executive/Sr. Executive

to join our HR team and help us build the Tribe that powers these experiences.

What You’ll Own

End-to-end recruitment across IT & Non-IT roles, ensuring we attract the best talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies with business goals.
Create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
Support employer branding initiatives to showcase Holiday Tribe as a great place to work.
Maintain recruitment data, track KPIs, and suggest improvements to make hiring more efficient.

What We’re Looking For

1–4 years of experience in full-cycle IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
