Job Summary:

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership & Strategic HR

• Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and align HR strategies accordingly
  
• Provide strategic input on org design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related issues including team structure, leadership, and culture

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Lead engagement initiatives, employee feedback cycles, and action planning
  
• Design and implement programs to promote a positive work culture and boost morale
  
• Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) goals and drive related initiatives

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze people metrics such as attrition, engagement, and performance trends
  
• Use data insights to inform HR strategies and provide reports to leadership
  
• Support workforce and compensation planning cycles

HR Operations & Collaboration

• Work with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Recruitment, L&D, and Compensation
  
• Participate in and/or lead HR projects including policy updates, HR audits, and system improvements
  
• Ensure smooth execution of onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding in partnership with HR Ops

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in HR or MBA in HR
  
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD)
  
• Experience working in a matrixed or multinational organization
  
• Exposure to Agile HR, change management, or DEI initiatives
  
• Industry-specific experience (e.g., Tech, Manufacturing, BFSI, etc.)
