Qualification: MBA in HR (Tier 2/3 B-school acceptable, preference for renowned B-school) Experience Required: 68 years (with strong expertise in blue collar hiring)

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

Drive end-to-end recruitment for blue collar roles (delivery executives, field staff, warehouse associates) & white collar positions.

Build strong sourcing strategies via job portals, vendors, referrals, social media & walk-ins.

Manage screening, interviews, offers, onboarding & compliance smoothly.

Maintain strong vendor & manpower agency relations for bulk hiring.

Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Business Partnering & HR Operations

Maintain dashboards, hiring reports & MIS for leadership review.

Act as a strategic partner with business leaders across functions.

Manage manpower planning, workforce deployment & succession planning.

Ensure employee grievance handling (blue & white collar).

Employee Engagement & Performance Management

Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost productivity & morale.

Lead performance management cycle – goal setting, appraisals, feedback.

Partner with managers to identify training needs & support L&D programs.

Track & report HR metrics (attrition, retention, absenteeism, productivity).

Compliance & IR/ER

Ensure smooth contract labor management & statutory compliance.

Strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR) practices.

Ensure full compliance with labor laws & HR policies.

Preferred Skills & Exposure

Strong experience in blue collar & white collar hiring.

Prior exposure to E-commerce / Quick commerce industry is a plus.

Hands-on knowledge of labour management, HR compliance & statutory requirements.

Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management & Employee Engagement.
