Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  bulk hiring initiatives

  , managing the entire recruitment cycle for

  200250 associates/month

• Understand manpower demand,

  track open mandates

  , and align hiring efforts accordingly
• Create and maintain a

  daily dashboard

  tracking

  open positions, pipeline, selections, and joiners

• Ensure

  zero drop-offs

  through proactive follow-up with agencies and candidates

• Act as the

  single point of contact (SPOC)

  for all manpower agency coordination
• Obtain and review

  daily/weekly POA (Plan of Action)

  from each agency
• Monitor agency performance, fill rates, and ensure adherence to

  SLA timelines

• Drive accountability through structured review and escalation mechanisms

• Oversee

  onboarding processes

  , ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs
• Collaborate with internal HR Ops teams for seamless backend processing

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Liaise with business to understand requirements and provide hiring support
• Provide regular updates through

  dashboards, trackers, and reports

  to leadership and business SPOCs

Travel & Field Support

• Travel across

  Tamil Nadu

  to conduct hiring drives, agency reviews

Communication & Query Management

• Ensure smooth communication with the field workforce in

  Tamil and English

• Handle associate queries related to onboarding, movement, or salary with clarity and accuracy

Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  35 years of hands-on experience in

  bulk hiring

  or

  blue-collar HR operations

• Skills Required:

• Strong command of

  Microsoft Excel

  , hiring dashboards, and reporting tools
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a

  fast-paced, high-volume

  environment
• Excellent communication skills in

  Tamil and English

• Education:

  Graduate required;

  HR or management specialization preferred

• Mobility:

  Willingness to

  travel across Tamil Nadu

  for hiring and field support
