We are looking for an experienced and proactive HRBP Executive (HR Generalist) to handle HR operations across multiple store locations in Vadodara. This role requires strong on-ground HR management, travel within the city, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding for blue-collar workforce
• Handle HR operations: attendance, leave records, employee documentation
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure employee engagement across locations
• Resolve grievances and maintain a healthy work culture
• Support performance management, KPI tracking & training identification
• Conduct HR audits & ensure compliance across sites
• Maintain HR MIS reports & dashboards

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles
• Experience in Retail / FMCG / E-commerce / Logistics / Multi-site HR preferred
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
• Willing to travel within Vadodara (multiple store locations)
• Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS tools
• Must be a non-resident of Gujarat
