HRBP Executive (HR Generalist)

As an HRBP Executive (HR Generalist) at Bigbasket, located in Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting HR operations across multiple store locations. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for the blue-collar workforce. - Overseeing HR operations, including employee life cycle management, attendance, leave tracking, and maintaining employee records. - Conducting regular store visits to ensure employee engagement across stores and distribution centres (DCs). - Addressing and resolving employee grievances, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture. - Supporting performance management processes, including KPI tracking and identifying training needs. - Conducting HR and compliance audits across store locations. - Preparing and maintaining HR MIS reports and dashboards for management review. As a candidate, you are required to have: - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles. - Prior experience in retail, FMCG, logistics, or multi-site HR operations is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage field HR activities. - Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices. - Willingness to travel within Vadodara to various Bigbasket store locations. - Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
