About the Role

seeking a passionate and proactive HRBP Executive (HR Generalist) to manage and support HR operations across multiple store locations in Vadodara. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, on-ground HR environment and can independently handle multi-site responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for the blue-collar workforce.
• Oversee HR operations, including employee life cycle management, attendance, leave tracking, and maintaining employee records.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure employee engagement across stores and distribution centres (DCs).
• Address and resolve employee grievances, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Support performance management processes, including KPI tracking and identifying training needs.
• Conduct HR and compliance audits across store locations.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles.
• Prior experience in retail, FMCG, logistics, or multi-site HR operations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage field HR activities.
• Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
• Willingness to travel within Vadodara to various Bigbasket store locations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
