Job Description

HR Business Partner (Night Shift)Location: ThaneShift: Night Shift (UStime zone)cab facility availableKey Responsibilities:

• Drive employee engagement through regular connect sessions, activities, and pulsechecks.• Conduct skip-level meetings and RAG (Red-Amber-Green) reviews to track employeesentiment and performance health.• Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), coaching managers and employees toachieve set goals.• Partner with business leaders to address people-related issues and provide HR guidance.• Resolve employee grievances promptly and fairly, ensuring a positive work environment.• Support talent retention and internal movement strategies.• Ensure HR processes, documentation, and reporting are maintained accurately.

Requirements

:•

1-4 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience in a BPO/KPO environment.

• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.• Comfortable working in night shifts with cross-cultural teams
