HRBP- ( 1-year HRBP Experience is mandatory)

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end

  employee lifecycle

  – onboarding, induction, confirmations, exits.
• Drive the

  Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)

  process in coordination with managers.
• Handle

  warning letters

  , misconduct investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Support

  termination and resignation

  processes, ensuring smooth transitions and documentation.
• Conduct structured

  exit interviews

  , analyze trends, and work on retention strategies.
• Ensure timely and smooth

  induction

  for new joiners with documentation and policy briefing.
• Drive

  employee engagement

  activities, team-building sessions, and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with management on

  performance management

  , appraisals, and review cycles.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and MIS reports

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (HRBP/Generalist role preferred).
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office & HR tools (experience with Darwinbox is a plus).
