We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage the organization's training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering impactful learning programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and proficiency in modern training tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities Conduct training needs analysis and implement structured annual training calendars. Lead induction and onboarding sessions to ensure clarity on company policies and procedures. Design and execute leadership development programs to build managerial and decision-making capabilities. Deliver technical and functional training sessions in alignment with industry standards and company goals. Evaluate training effectiveness and align programs with evolving business objectives. Manage relationships with external training vendors and establish partnerships for specialized learning needs. Implement mentorship frameworks to promote knowledge transfer and professional development across teams. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Masters degree in Management, HRD Psychology, Engineering, Organizational Development, or Education. Minimum of 4 years experience in training and development, preferably in engineering, electronics, or automobile industries. In-depth understanding of training methodologies, leadership models, and engineering workflows. Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
