Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR – Training & Development Officer to support our growing Baked Cakes & Pastries division. The role focuses on building employee capability, ensuring consistent product quality, and maintaining high standards across production and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs across production, operations, sales, and retail teams.
• Develop and deliver training programs for baking processes, product handling, hygiene, customer service, and SOP compliance.
• Conduct onboarding and induction training for new employees.
• Organize skill-based training for bakers, decorators, packing staff, and outlet teams.
• Maintain and update training manuals, SOPs, and documentation.
• Monitor training progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with department heads to implement continuous improvement and development plans.
• Ensure teams follow food safety and FSSAI standards.
• Support HR in performance reviews, employee development plans, and engagement activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
