Job Description – HR Trainee (Male)

Location : Chennai (Only candidates from Chennai region are eligible)
Experience : Freshers Only
Qualification : Any Degree (Preference given to Engineering graduates – Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Trainee (Male) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about starting their career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will be trained and guided in various HR functions, with exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports, attendance data, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR programs, events, and initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and HR operational support.
• Learn and contribute to payroll support activities.

Required Skills :

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint Presentation.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to handle tasks with professionalism and accuracy.
• Quick learner with adaptability to HR processes and tools.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Male Candidates Only
• Freshers only (No prior work experience required)
• Chennai-based candidates only (applications from other locations will not be considered)
• Any degree accepted, but preference for Engineering graduates (Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical).
