HR Trainee

Wood is currently recruiting for HR Trainee for HR Delivery Support -Gurgaon location. Looking for a proactive incumbent who is responsible and takes accountability of their work. The incumbent will be responsible for the below activities-

• Create Employee record via HR system
• Creating Employee Files in the network drives and E-filing of employee documents
• Creation of Offer Letter, Employment Contract, Forms and validation of Certificates
• Issuing Global Mandatory Policy Document (GMPD) and progress monitoring
• Preparation of documents related to employee movements, updating of employee record in HRIS
• Timesheets of employees on short term disability; Sending of Negative leave balance to Line Managers
• Leaver document preparation, update of worker's status in HRIS
• Responding to queries of HR counterparts

Job specific experience:

Knowledge of HRIS tools (Oracle preferred), case management tools and exposure to a shared service centre environment
Possess initiative & drive, with strong desire to continuously improve process and deliver within agreed objective/ Service Level Previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information Preparing documents following templates and instructions to ensure accuracy Previous experience in Oil & Gas Environment is added advantage Proficiency in basic Excel for reporting tasks Ability to conduct audits on employee filing and to follow up on missing documents, including sending emails to stakeholders and respective parties Responsibility for ensuring that all missing documents are saved in EWR folder until they are received Participation in governance calls with the business Coordination with HRBP, Recruiters, Mobilization team and internal HRDS teams

Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential
Guidance please – English qualification to achieve candidates with a high degree of written/spoken English Strong skills in Excel and Word
