Senior Associate HRSS

Noida

Rotational (Day & Night)

3+ years

Work from office (5days/week)

Role & responsibilities

Preparing documents like LOI, Appointment letters, Appraisal letters, no dues certificates, relieving, resignation acceptance letters, etc. within a TAT.
Manage Employee onboarding (Documentation, employee orientation, and BGV) and offboarding (exit formalities).
Assist employees with their queries.
Oversee the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring accurate calculation of employee compensation, benefits, and tax withholdings.
Assisting in internal and external HR audits.
Report Management.
Create and maintain HR policies in alignment with business.
To handle Statutory and Compliance as applicable.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in HR Shared Services / Payroll management.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and Proactive
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet internal and external deadlines.
Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Have more than 3 years of experience in a similar profile.
Graduate/Postgraduate with good command over English language, both written and verbal
