What would you do?
Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs The person taking up this role will be responsible for supporting the team in preparing and updating standard reports, using internal tools and Excel. This is a foundational role, suited for individuals starting their careers in data and reporting. The candidate will assist in data collation, formatting, and basic automation tasks under supervision. Basic proficiency in Excel is required, and exposure to PowerQuery or VBA is a plus. The role demands attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a strong commitment to timely and accurate report support. - Key responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and updating standard reports using Excel, based on templates and data provided by senior team members.
- Help gather and clean data from MIS systems or spreadsheets for reporting purposes.
- Support in formatting, checking, and validating data for accuracy and completeness.
- Learn and apply basic Excel automation techniques (e.g., formulas, filters, pivot tables, etc.).
- Coordinate with analysts for data inputs and help meet reporting schedules.
- Participate in team activities, including report documentation and process learning.
- Maintain organized files, templates, and records for recurring reports.
- Gradually build familiarity with PowerQuery/VBA under guidance.
- Be open to feedback and committed to developing reporting and data-handling skills.
