HR Administration

• Maintain employee personnel files & HR documentation
• Handle grievances, complaints, and confidential matters
• Process ID cards, salary accounts, and appointment letters
• Update MIS/Employee Master Data regularly
• Prepare HR letters: offer, appointment, relieving, memo, etc.
• Coordinate F&F settlements and no dues for exits
• Monitor confirmations, appraisals & increments
• Support payroll with joiner & deduction data

Induction & Training

• Organize onboarding & issue biometric access
• Manage induction documentation & HR sessions
• Update Jeeva module for new joiners & training
• Coordinate annual training calendar & mark entries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
