HR Senior Executive

As a Human Resources Senior Executive at MrMed in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in shaping the HR strategies and systems of India's largest online pharmacy for super specialty medicines. With 3 to 5 years of experience in operations and strategy as an HR Generalist/Executive/HRBP, you will have the opportunity to work with industry experts and professionals from diverse backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, establishing HR processes and policies, overseeing recruitment processes, fostering a culture of ownership and positivity, conducting employee engagement activities, implementing performance management systems, organizing learning and development workshops, and generating regular reports for management feedback. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent English communication skills, be familiar with HR management software, demonstrate strong recruiting abilities, and exhibit versatility, self-drive, and quick learning capabilities. Experience in start-up environments will be an added advantage.
