Job Description

As an HR Sr. Executive at the company located in BKC Mumbai, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Assisting the HR Manager in the end-to-end recruitment process. - Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes from various job portals, internal references, and headhunting. - Shortlisting resumes based on desired skills and experience. - Managing the entire onboarding and exit process, including maintaining employee personal files, issuing letters, and conducting background verification checks as per set processes. - Handling leave and attendance records efficiently. - Keeping all employee records up to date by creating profiles for new joiners and processing exits. - Addressing and resolving queries in a timely manner. - Coordinating extensively between employees and managers. Qualifications required: - Any Graduate in any specialization. - Candidate with at least 1-3 years of experience working with a Broking Firm.
