Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our technical service team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support of medical imaging equipment including X-ray, CR, and DR systems at client sites. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and test X-ray, CR, and DR systems at customer sites. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on medical imaging systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for equipment issues. Document service activities (service reports, PM checklists, etc.). Coordinate with senior engineers or technical team for escalations and complex problems. Train end-users on basic equipment handling and care. Ensure timely and professional communication with customers. Travel to different customer locations as required. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering. Fresher or 1–2 years of field service experience in a similar domain preferred. Basic understanding of X-ray systems, CR/DR technology, and electronics. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Talent Acquisition: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
