Job Title: Field Service Engineer (X-Ray / Radiology Equipment) Department: Service & Support Location: Field-based (Multiple locations) Salary Range: ₹15,100 – ₹20,000 per month Experience: Freshers or 1–2 years of relevant experience Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and technically skilled Field Service Engineers to join our service team. The role involves field-based installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance (PMS) of X-Ray machines , Computed Radiography (CR) , and Digital Radiography (DR) systems. Candidates will undergo comprehensive in-house training before being assigned to the field. Key Responsibilities: Installation & Commissioning of X-Ray, CR, and DR systems at client sites. Troubleshooting and Repair of equipment malfunctions and ensuring timely resolution. Perform Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) as per the schedule and company standards. Document all service activities, including service reports, installation checklists, and customer feedback forms. Provide technical support and guidance to customers for proper equipment usage. Coordinate with the technical support team and escalate issues as required. Maintain tools, service spares, and equipment in good working condition. Follow all safety and compliance guidelines during field activities. Candidate Profile: Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years of field service or maintenance experience (preferably in medical or electronic equipment) Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components and circuits; ability to use diagnostic tools. Soft Skills: Good communication, customer-handling skills, and willingness to learn. Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively and work in the field across assigned regions. Training: Initial in-house technical training will be provided before field deployment.
