Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Supervisor, located in Chennai. The Delivery Supervisor will oversee day-to-day delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medicines. Responsibilities include supervising delivery staff, resolving customer issues, monitoring operational efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing reports and using analytical skills to optimize delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
• Analytical Skills for monitoring and optimizing delivery processes
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Chennai
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
