HR Roles - Recruiters & Interns

As an HR Recruiter at our logistics organization, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and talent acquisition process. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments. - Handling bulk hiring, conducting back-to-back interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. - Coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely closures. - Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Maintaining candidate databases and providing regular hiring reports. Preferred Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Experience in logistics, BPO, or similar high-volume hiring industries is an added advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. As an HR Intern in our organization, you will have the opportunity to support the HR team in various activities such as talent acquisition, screening, and coordination. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the HR team in talent acquisition, screening, and coordination. - Assisting with interview scheduling, documentation, and onboarding activities. - Learning and contributing to various HR functions, including recruitment and employee engagement.
